Crystal Hands Empowerment Initiative CHEI is a registered company that provides consultancy services such as socio-economic and environmental baseline survey, impact assessment and evaluation, poverty and food Security studies, value chain and market development, training on financial management and record keeping, Procurement and Supply, Project planning, monitoring and evaluation, identification of needs at community level and planning intervention programmes, result Based Management (RBM), Program Sensitization, project Coordination and Implementation.

The company also has the capacity to mobilize communities for self-help projects, organize trainings and workshop on human and natural resource management. The company has a team of well qualified, experienced and dedicated consultants who have participated in various national and international consultancies.
